In my opinion, Red HAWK is not ready for BUSINESS on BUSY DAYS. We are the highest card level customers and I don't believe the couple that couldn't wait are at that level. The employees didn't want to offend the customers but ended up offending the couple that couldn't wait and my wife and I. The wait time was a good half hour and service was mixed up. Customers jumping in front of high card level customers because they want to get their orders and leave. She gives two cuts instead of one thicker cut.
The new Carvers is apparently slicing the prime rib too thin. The former carvers are now working as leads at the food Court apparently. It included a baked potato and salad as well. Their special prime rib and shrimp scampi dinner for basically thirty dollars. Once during the week and on the dreaded Saturday night. It shut down the Buffet and now it's a food court. Red HAWK finally had the seafood buffet working great and then came Covid-19. Coronavirus has been HORRIBLE for all businesses. Sadly the Waterfall Buffet is closed and their famous Seafood buffet on Friday's is the restaurant of the past tense.
