There is a guard that checks room keys before one goes to their room, which is a nice safety feature. The Silver Legacy is NOT a luxury hotel, but a good family style hotel.
Our end of the hallway room (which means one gets two nice windows to see the views) was nice. The computer was a bit slower, but the patience and great attitude of the Club Room Staff was stellar. In spite of the hotel being 100 per cent booked, the quality of service was stellar for club members. We stayed Friday and Saturday night at the Silver Legacy.
We were in Reno for the the extended New Year's holiday period.
